Y Solar is the solar brand of Yılmaz Sac Profil. We roll the steel for utility and commercial solar mounting structures on our own lines and deliver it, engineered, to projects in Türkiye and abroad.
Systems and profiles
Fixed-tilt systems (Y-FIX): 1V and 2V portrait, 10–35° tilt, on driven C, sigma or W piles, slope tolerant. Tracker structures (Y-TRACK): posts, bearing and damper supports, module rails and brackets for horizontal single-axis platforms.
The profile range: C, U and sigma piles, W-beam piles, purlins and rails. All are punched and cut to length in-line, so there is no drilling on site.
Engineering included
Every system is calculated for the site's wind, snow and ground. With delivery come a static report (Eurocode / ASCE 7), general arrangement drawings, bill of materials, pull-out test and installation manual.
The Zn-Al-Mg coating protects cut and driven edges for the life of the plant; hot-dip galvanizing is also available.

We supply utility and commercial solar projects in Türkiye directly, projects in Europe and the Middle East, and the USA through our Mona Steel branch. To date we have supplied more than 1 GW of solar steel.

We manufacture for customers in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Izmir, Kocaeli, Konya and every other industrial city in Türkiye, and for projects in Europe, the Middle East and the USA. Which solar mounting systems do you produce?
Ground-mount fixed-tilt systems (1V/2V, 10–35°) and the steel package for horizontal single-axis trackers: piles, beams, purlins, rails and brackets.
Which solar pile profiles do you make?
C, U and sigma pile profiles, and W-beam piles. Section and length are chosen from the soil and load calculation.
Do you provide structural calculations?
Yes. A static report (Eurocode / ASCE 7), GA drawings, bill of materials, pull-out test and installation manual come with the delivery.
How does Zn-Al-Mg compare with galvanizing?
Zn-Al-Mg pre-coated steel protects cut and driven edges by itself and lasts longer than galvanizing at the same coating weight. We also offer hot-dip galvanizing.
Do you supply projects outside Türkiye?
Yes. We supply Europe and the Middle East from Türkiye, and the USA through our Mona Steel branch.
