Yılmaz Sac Profil ships roll-formed steel profiles from its plant in Türkiye to buyers across Europe: C, U, Z, sigma, omega and custom sections in 1–6 mm, rolled on in-house tooling at more than 2,500 tons a month, together with laser-cut, press-braked and rolled parts from the same plant. Production follows EN 10346, EN 10025 and EN 10162 under an ISO 9001 quality management system; goods travel by truck or container, EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates and certificates of origin are provided on request, and EXW, FOB or CIF terms are agreed at quotation.
What can you source from us in Türkiye?
Our core product is cold-formed (roll-formed) open profiles made to the customer's drawing: C and U sections, Z and sigma purlins, omega profiles and custom sections. Because we design and make the tooling and rolls in-house, a new section moves quickly from sample to series production. Why buy directly from the manufacturer?
You work directly with the plant that rolls, cuts and bends the steel: tooling and rolls are designed and made in-house, engineering support on section optimisation and material and coating choice starts with the project, and the quotation states the tolerance we commit to on each critical dimension.
Because material, cutting, bending, roll forming and welding happen in one plant, profiles and the laser-cut or bent parts that connect to them come from a single source, and you deal with one contact throughout. We have worked steel since 1962.
Which standards and documents apply?
Coated steel is supplied to EN 10346 and structural steel to EN 10025; dimensional tolerances of roll-formed profiles follow EN 10162. Thin-walled cold-formed members are designed to EN 1993-1-3, and solar structures ship with a static report to Eurocode. Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and steel fabrication is carried out to EN 1090.
EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, certificates of origin and shipping documents are provided on request. Any further documentation your project requires is agreed with you at quotation.

How are profiles packed and shipped to Europe?
Profiles are packed by section and length, strapped with steel banding, labelled and loaded into trucks or containers. We prepare the loading plan around the profile length, which is why the length list belongs in the request for quotation.
Shipments leave our plant in the Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone, Türkiye (OSB 18. Cadde No. 12, Melikgazi). Besides Europe we ship to the Middle East and North America, and serve projects in the USA through our Mona Steel branch.
How are delivery terms and price agreed?
Delivery terms (EXW, FOB or CIF), price and lead time are fixed in each quotation. The main price drivers are section and thickness, steel grade and coating, hole pattern, length mix and quantity; a new section also carries the tooling investment. Share your annual tonnage and we will work out together where the tooling pays for itself.
What should a request for quotation include?
