Why tracker steel is different
Unlike a fixed array, a tracker moves and takes wind load dynamically. Posts are higher-section and driven deeper than fixed-tilt piles; bearing supports carry the rotation axis; rails must be both light and stiff. The platform design belongs to the tracker OEM — we manufacture that design's steel to the stated tolerances and coating.
We supply W6–W12 beams as posts, C and omega sections as rails, and formed, punched sheet parts as brackets. Every part is punched in-line and arrives ready to assemble.
How we work with OEMs and EPCs
Send us your drawings (DXF/PDF) and site loads; we come back with a manufacturability review and, where useful, section suggestions that lower cost. Because tooling is made in-house the path to a first article is short; after approval, series production runs at more than 2,500 tons a month.
Delivery includes a Eurocode / ASCE 7 static report, general-arrangement drawings, bill of materials and installation manual. We ship from Kayseri by truck and container to Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Drilled & driven posts
High-section piles sized for tracker wind loads.
Bearing & damper supports
Formed, punched brackets to platform spec.
Module rails
Light, stiff rolled sections for the table.
Frequently asked questions
Fixed-tilt or tracker — which should I choose?
+
A fixed-tilt array costs less and needs no maintenance; a tracker yields roughly 15–25% more energy on the same site but brings motors, controls and O&M. The choice depends on latitude, land cost and your electricity price. We manufacture the steel package for both — once you decide, we size the sections to your site loads.
Can you roll a profile to our own drawing (OEM)?
+
Yes. Because we design and make the rolls and tooling in-house, we can prototype and series-produce sections specific to your tracker or fixed-tilt platform in short lead times. A DXF or PDF drawing, the material and an estimated footage are enough; we come back with a manufacturability review.
What engineering documents come with the system?
+
A static report to Eurocode or ASCE 7, general-arrangement drawings and bill of materials, pile pull-out test results and an installation manual — all from the same plant in Kayseri, shipped with the steel.
Do you export, and what are lead times?
+
Yes — we ship from Kayseri to Europe, the Middle East and North America, organising truck or container loading, packing and documentation. With capacity above 2,500 tons a month we serve utility-scale projects on plannable schedules; a firm date is given at quotation.
