Press-Brake Bending Services in Türkiye

Sheet bending has two limits: the tonnage of the press and the length of the bed. Thick material needs tonnage and long parts need a long bed, and few plants have both. With 1,000 tons and an 8-metre bed we bend plate up to 25 mm and parts up to 8 m with no joints.

Splitting a part to bend it means a weld at every joint, a distortion risk and extra labour. For structural steelwork, chassis members, machine frames and large covers, bending in one piece is both stronger and cheaper.

We supply the sheet from our own stock, cut it on the 20 kW fiber laser (plasma or oxy-fuel on thick plate) and then bend it, delivering welded and assembly-ready where needed. The servo-controlled press brake repeats the angle part after part on series work, and we keep an extensive tooling library for custom radii and sections. For cylindrical and conical work we also run a plate rolling line up to 5,000 mm diameter.
