Roll Forming Manufacturer in Türkiye
We have been working steel since 1962. On our roll forming lines we run C, U, Z, sigma, omega and drawing-specific open profiles on tooling we design ourselves, and ship them across Türkiye and abroad.
What we make
Cold-formed (roll-formed) open profiles: C and U sections, Z and sigma purlins, omega profiles and fully custom sections designed to the customer's drawing. Thickness runs from 1.0 to 6.0 mm, from DX51D+Z galvanized, Zn-Al-Mg (ZM) coated, S350GD–S450GD structural grade and black steel.
Holes, slots, cut-outs and cut-to-length are done in-line, so the profile leaves the line ready to assemble. Because it is rolled from pre-coated coil, no post-galvanizing is needed.
Why in-house tooling matters
We design and make the tooling and rolls in-house. We are not waiting on a tooling supplier for a new section, so samples come quickly and a change to the section does not take months.
We support the project with engineering from the start: section optimisation, material and coating choice, strength checks. You do not pay for a profile heavier than it needs to be.

Which profile types do you produce?

Can you make a profile to my own drawing?
Yes. Because we design and build the tooling ourselves, we take your section from sample to series production. A DXF, DWG or dimensioned sketch is enough to start.
What is your capacity?
Our roll forming lines produce more than 2,500 tons per month.
Which materials and coatings do you use?
DX51D+Z galvanized, Zn-Al-Mg (ZM) coated, S350GD–S450GD structural grade and black steel, to EN 10346 (coated sheet) and EN 10025 (structural steel).
