Sheet Cutting & Bending

Subcontract sheet cutting and press-brake bending in Kayseri: with 1,000 tons of force and an 8-metre bed we bend, in one piece, the parts most workshops cannot. Sheet bending has two limits — the tonnage of the press and the length of the bed. Thick material needs tonnage, long parts need a long bed, and few shops have both. Here, plate up to 25 mm and parts up to 8 m are bent with no joints.

Why it matters: splitting a part to bend it is not a cosmetic issue — every joint is a weld, every weld a distortion risk and extra labour. For structural steelwork, machine frames, chassis members and large covers, a single bend is both stronger and cheaper. Our servo-controlled press brakes repeat the angle part after part on series work, and we hold an extensive tooling library for custom radii and sections.

Cutting and bending happen in the same plant. We supply the sheet from our own stock, cut it on the 20 kW fiber laser (plasma or oxy-fuel on thick plate), then bend it — and deliver welded and assembly-ready where needed. Cut in one place and bend in another and deviations accumulate while responsibility blurs; done under one roof, the tolerances agree. We also run a heavy plate rolling line to 5,000 mm diameter for cylindrical and conical work.
