Produced in a wide range from IPE 80 to IPE 600, the profile number indicates the approximate height in mm. For example, IPE 200 has a height of 200 mm and a weight of about 22.4 kg per metre. Weight and moment-of-inertia values are critical for selecting the correct profile in load calculations.
