Sheet Metal Bending in Kayseri

Sheet bending has two limits: the tonnage of the press and the length of the bed. Thick material needs tonnage; long parts need a long bed. Most workshops do not have both, so the part gets split into sections or the job is turned away.

We have 1,000 tons of press force and an 8-metre bending length. That means plate up to 25 mm thick and parts up to 8 metres bent in one piece, with no joints. On structural steelwork, chassis members and large machine frames this is decisive.

A split bend is not only a cosmetic issue: every joint is a weld, every weld a distortion risk and extra labour. Bending in one piece is both stronger and cheaper.

Alongside the press brakes we run a heavy-duty plate rolling line: cylindrical and conical rolling up to 5,000 mm diameter and 20 mm thickness. This is the work behind silos, tanks, stacks, hoppers, vessels and large-diameter pipe.

Conical rolling is technically harder than cylindrical and is not available at every plant. A significant share of the heavy-duty work we do for the energy and construction sectors comes from this capability.

The practical benefit of cutting and bending in one plant is that tolerances stay consistent. Cut in one place and bend in another and deviations accumulate — with responsibility becoming unclear.

We supply the sheet from our own stock, cut it on the laser and bend it here. Where needed we deliver it welded and ready to assemble. Being inside Kayseri OSB, dispatch is usually same-day.

Our plant is located on 18. Cadde in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone. Manufacturers within the OSB usually collect the same day; shipping across Kayseri and the rest of Turkey is organised by us, with site delivery available for large lots.
