We build our own tooling
In roll forming the rolls define the section, so every new profile needs dedicated tooling. Manufacturers who outsource that tooling carry higher cost and longer lead times — and when the section needs a small change, the process restarts.
We design and make the rolls and tooling ourselves. The practical result: while reviewing your drawing we can spot manufacturability issues early and suggest changes that lower cost, and if a revision is needed after the first article we can turn it round quickly.
When is roll forming the right process?
Roll forming wins on long constant-section profiles, repeat orders and sections with many bends. Sigma and omega shapes are either very expensive or impossible on a press brake; in roll forming the bend count has far less effect on cost.
Conversely, if the design is still moving or your total footage is low, press braking makes more sense — no waiting on tooling. We tell you plainly which is economical for your case, based on footage and section.
Because holes and slots are punched in-line, profiles usually come off ready to assemble. For bolted site systems that cuts installation time substantially.
Where these profiles are used
The open profiles we produce go mainly into solar mounting systems (under our Y Solar brand), storage and racking systems, greenhouse structures, roof and facade applications, and agricultural machinery.
On the solar side we size sections against site loads and roll them from Zn-Al-Mg coated coil, which gives self-healing protection at cut edges — a clear advantage over plain galvanized outdoors.
Location and delivery
Our plant is located on 18. Cadde in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone. Manufacturers within the OSB usually collect the same day; shipping across Kayseri and the rest of Turkey is organised by us, with site delivery available for large lots.
