Mounting profiles used to carry panels in solar power plants require a balance of durability and light weight. The roll-form (cold-forming) method is the most efficient technique for series production of long, constant-section open profiles.
Material and Coating Selection
For outdoor durability, hot-dip galvanized (DX51D+Z, S350GD) or Magnelis-coated sheets are generally preferred. Coating thickness is determined by the corrosion class of the project location. Correct material selection preserves performance over the system's 25+ year lifetime.
Our Custom Production Capacity
With our roll-form capacity exceeding 2,500 tons per month, we produce C, U, Z, Omega and sigma profiles in project-specific sections, hole patterns and lengths. We meet your series-production demands for solar mounting systems quickly and competitively.
