Founded in 1962 in Kayseri, Turkey, Yılmaz Sac Profil has been operating in the metal processing industry for over six decades. Our production facility features a comprehensive machine park, including roll bending and tube/profile bending lines, two high-performance fiber laser cutting units with 15 kW and 20 kW capacities, and heavy-duty press brakes capable of handling up to 8-meter lengths and 25 mm thicknesses with a maximum pressing force of 1000 tons. For precision bending operations, we utilize state-of-the-art servo press brake systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

 

In response to recent developments in the solar energy and structural steel industries, we have significantly expanded our roll-forming capacity. Thanks to strategic investments in new production lines, we have increased our monthly open-profile output to 25,000 tons—allowing us to meet the evolving needs of these dynamic sectors.
